Notice!!! The possibility to watch the converted video depends on the device firmware. It is advisable to consult your phone’s user guide, but best of all check on your own device, before buying our application.
Converting process:
The process of work with Sony Ericsson Video Converter is very simple. You can convert single and multiple video files with it. The conversion of a single file can be made in following steps:
- Load an input video file, which you want to convert. You can realize this with the button of Sony Ericsson Video Converter – Add Video/Add DVD (it depends on the format of your video file) or in the Toolbar (Menu) which is situated in the top part of the main window one can choose button File → Add Video/Add DVD. You can load at once as many files as you want, and prepare/convert them one by one.
- From the list of the loaded files choose the file you would like to prepare for the conversion now.
- Choose the piece of the video you would like to convert. (If you would like to convert the whole video, just skip this point). Play the video with the “Play” button on the program interface. In the frame of the Windows Media Player you can select “Start” and “Finish” of the video piece for conversion with the green arrow buttons. Please select Start first, and then Finish. The Piece selected will be shown with the blue line on the Windows Media Player bar.
- Select the target mobile device for which you would like to convert the video chosen. You may select any profile from the multiselect or in case of selecting all profiles – just tick in the Check All option.
- A Crop Frames option selects the way in which the frames of your video will be cropped. White field shows the area that will be cropped.
- As soon as you have chosen the video, there will be a default name and default path for the output video given automatically and highlighted in the field: Output File name. If you would like to change the name or path, do it here please. You can change the name by typing a new one and change the path by choosing the right folder, pressing the button to the right.
- Convert the video file with Convert Current/Convert Checked buttons on your program interface or in the Toolbar (Menu) which is situated in the top part of the main window one can choose button Conversion → Convert Current/Convert Checked.
While your video is converting you may prepare for the conversion the next video or just watch a video without quitting your Sony Ericsson Video Converter.
After the video is converted you will find it in the output directory specified. Please transfer the file to your mobile device and enjoy!
Save Screenshot Feature:
You can save the screen that you are currently viewing. To make such screenshot you have to press “Screenshot” button on the Interface or to go to “Player” – “Screenshot” or use a Shortcut “F5”.
Video Full Screen Feature:
You can watch the video also full screen using the right-key menu of the mouse or pressing “ALT+ENTER”.
